Experience the final and most striking supermoon of the year on royal grounds, beneath a star-studded desert sky. Known as the Cold Moon, it symbolises spiritual renewal and transformation. Under the moonlight, join long-time practitioners Mela and George for a meditative sound healing and yoga session, shaped by their studies in Rishikesh and Mysore.
Dine beneath the stars with a menu inspired by the culinary customs of nomadic desert tribes. As the evening unfolds at our Bedouin-inspired camp, explore the sky with a guided astronomy session and observe the moon’s craters through a telescope.

Itinerary
- Arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve on December 5, 2025, at 7 PM.
- Receive your Headscarf and a Stainless Steel Water Bottle. These are included in each booking and are a gift for our guests to take home.
- Join long-time practitioners Mela and George for a meditative sound healing and yoga session, shaped by their studies in Rishikesh and Mysore.
- Join other guests at a torchlit, peaceful desert oasis. You will receive a warm Arabic welcoming with coffee and dates.
- Savour a delectable three-course dinner.
- Partake in an immersive astronomy session with a telescope. Please note that depending on the weather and the clouds in certain times of the year, there is a small chance the stars might not be fully visible, in which case you will enjoy an informative astronomy talk.
- Extend your desert experience by staying overnight in a traditional Arabic stone dwelling room. You will be provided with all the amenities like a comfortable bed, pillows, sheets and a peaceful night's sleep. Awake to a gourmet breakfast.
- Enhance the experience even more with a spectacular sunrise hot air balloon flight the next morning. The overnight Bedouin camp is located only 15 minutes away from the hot air balloon take-off site. After the flight, you will return to the camp to enjoy a delicious breakfast before returning to the city.

- A portion of your Desert Safari fee is contributed towards local conservation in Dubai.
- You will have a shared vehicle throughout the experience. All camp activities are also shared.
- Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, kosher-style, gluten-free.
- As the desert can get quite warm during the day all year round, we suggest bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and cool, comfortable clothes. For desert safaris in the winter (November to March), we recommend bringing something warm to wear for the evening.

- Bathroom facilities are available at the camp.
